बीरेन्द्र दीपक महाविद्यालय केवल एक शिक्षण संस्थान नही, बल्कि ज्ञान, संस्कार और व्यक्तित्व निर्माण का एक सशक्त केन्द्र है। एक अध्यापक के रूप में मुझे इस महाविद्यालय से जुड़कर विद्यार्थियों के उज्ज्वल भविष्य के निर्माण में योगदान देने का अवसर प्राप्त हुआ है, जो मेरे लिए गर्व और संतोष का विषय है।
महाविद्यालय में विद्यार्थियों को गुणवत्तापूर्ण शिक्षा के साथ-साथ नैतिक मूल्यों, अनुशासन, तेतृत्व क्षमता और सामाजिक उत्तरदायित्व की भावना भी विकसित की जाती है।
महाविद्यालय समय-समय पर संगोष्ठियों, कार्यशालाओं, सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रमों, खेलकूद प्रतियोगिताओं तथा राष्ट्रीय सेवा योजना (छैै) जैसी गतिविधियों का आयोजन करता है। जिससे विद्यार्थियों का सर्वांगीण विकास सुनिश्चित होता है। आधुनिक शिक्षण पद्धतियों और नवाचारों को अपनाकर विद्यार्थियों को बदलते समय की आवश्यकताओं के अनुरूप तैयार किया जाता है।
मेरा विश्वास है कि बीनेन्द्र दीपक महाविद्यालय आने वाले वर्षो में शिक्षा अनुसंधान और सामाजिक सेवा के क्षेत्र में नई उॅंचाईयों को प्राप्त करेगा। मैं सभी विद्यार्थियों से अपेक्षा करती हॅू कि वे परिश्रम, अनुशासन और सकारात्मक सोच के साथ अपने जीवन के लक्ष्यों को प्राप्त करें तथा महाविद्यालय और समाज का नाम गौरवान्वित करें।
